Privacy Notice
Last updated: 20 July 2026
This notice explains what YELLOWLAKE TECHNOLOGIES AND SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED collects and why. It covers two different groups of people: our customers, and the authors of the public posts the Service captures.
1. Who we are
YELLOWLAKE TECHNOLOGIES AND SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED
2. Customer data
- Account — your email address, used to sign you in and to send alerts and service notices.
- Profile — an optional name, avatar and timezone.
- Workspace settings — the keywords you watch and where alerts should go.
- Payment — handled entirely by Paddle. We never see or store your card details.
- Usage — records of when scans ran and what they returned, used to operate and debug the Service.
3. Data about people who post publicly
To do its job, the Service captures posts that are already public on Reddit, X and LinkedIn. Those posts can contain personal data — a username or handle, a display name, the text of the post, and a link to it. The people who wrote them are not our customers and have not signed up with us.
- What we capture: only publicly posted content matching a customer’s keyword — handle, author name where shown, the post text, its link and when it appeared. We do not capture private messages, private groups, or anything behind a login.
- Why we may do this: we rely on legitimate interests — enabling a business to find public conversations relevant to it. We have weighed this against the interests of the people posting, and limited it accordingly: content is already public, we capture only what matches a keyword, we do not build profiles of individuals, and we do not enrich, score or combine it with data from other sources.
- Who can see it: only the workspace whose keyword matched. Captured mentions are never shared between customers, sold, or used to train models.
- How long we keep it: captured mentions are retained while the workspace that captured them is active, and deleted when that workspace deletes them or closes its account.
- Your rights: if your post has been captured, you can ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to it being held at all. Write to tech@salesup.club with a link to the post and we will act on it. Objecting costs you nothing and we do not require an account.
4. Cookies
We use a cookie to keep you signed in. We use privacy-friendly product analytics to understand which features are used. We do not use advertising cookies and we do not track you across other sites.
5. Who processes data for us
- Supabase — Database and sign-in
- Paddle — Payment processing and Merchant of Record
- Resend — Transactional and alert email
- Cloudflare — Website hosting and delivery
6. International transfers
We operate from India and our providers may process data elsewhere. Where data moves across borders we rely on the safeguards offered by those providers.
7. Security
Access to production data is limited to those who need it. Alert destination credentials, such as a Slack token, are stored so they can be used to deliver your alerts and are never shown back to you or to your teammates once saved.
8. Changes and contact
We will update the date above if this notice changes. Questions, or a request about your data, go to tech@salesup.club.
